Our Story
At a time when people involved in the cybersecurity and technology industries are faced with a challenging set of cultural issues, communication and education are essential. Our purpose is to offer education and support services to better understand and address challenges related to inclusivity, wellness, and corporate social responsibility.
Education embodies not only conversations with experts that can offer unique insights, but also unheard stories of individuals that bring to light the nuanced nature of these experiences. Addressing these challenges requires a multi-faceted approach starting with open dialogue and extensive education about their root cause.
Our services aspire to provide businesses, people working in these industries, and those impacted by these industries with increased access to information, resources, and opportunities. Recognizing the deep connections that these issues share with the cultural, economic, social, and political currents of the time leads us to resolutions that involve collaboration between government agencies, private sector companies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.
We firmly believe that inclusivity, responsible business practices, and wellness should not be sacrificed for the sake of individual or organizational success. The goal is to empower people and organizations to better define cultural issues and preemptively resolve them at an individual and organizational level.
TLP White was founded in August 2022 and based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
